El manto puede alcanzar hasta 130 cm. de longitud. Las aleta son romboidales y se extienden por toda la longitud del manto, siendo su anchura un 70% de la longitud del mismo. La maza tentacular es lanceolada (Guerra, 1992). La coloración es rosada.

1-Vista dorsal. 2-Sifón abierto con la pestaña. 3-Rádula. 4-Vista lateral de la cabeza. 5-Cartílago bucal. 6-Membrana bucal y labial y los cuatro brazos del lado derecho. 7-a Parte superior del pico, b inferior. 8- Ventosas del tercer par de brazos. 9- Extremo posterior del manto visto desde el lado ventral. 10- Gladis. 11- Margen ventral del manto, cabeza y embudo, visto desde la parte ventral. 12- Corte ventral del manto mostrando el órgano constrictor y el margen posterior del embudo. 13- Tentáculo.
